FOR WHAT VALUE DO I INSURE MY CONTENTS AND BUILDINGS FOR?
Contents sum insured is based on replacement value (new for old). We do have inventory forms available for you to complete and have peace of mind that you are correctly insured.
Buildings sum insured is based on current building cost per m². Other fees needs to be kept in mind as well eg. Architect Fees etc.
WHY DO I NEED TO BUY INSURANCE?
One of our favorite quotes are: Would you rather be safe or sorry. What this basically means is that it gives you peace of mind when your personal belongings are insured and you can put yourself back in the same position as you were before the loss / damages.
